You have Myle's...Pisanello's...Pollyeye's...why would order Pizza Hut?

I would assume that it's people with an extreme aversion to apostrophes.

I didn't say you should order, nor that I would. Rather I simply said they were renovating.

Truth of the matter is that I do enjoy a stuffed crust pizza now and then, but that location finds a way to ruin the rest of the pizza.

I noticed them. The name sounds interesting. Is there some kind of Mexican spin on pizza, or is it just a catchy name?

Pagliai's is still, to this day, the WORST pizza I have ever had. Pathetic. And don't even get me started on their "cheesy bread" which was a slice of cheese put over a slice of bread.

BG has plenty of good pizza shops, but Pagliai's is NOT one of them.

Pagliai's has never had "cheesy bread." They have "garlic bread" that can be ordered with cheese. For thin crust pizza, you can not beat Pagliai's.

Indeed, I love the garlic bread with cheese, meal unto itself. And their thin-crust is the best in town, great cold too.

This only tells me you do not like true old school thin crust pizza. Pagliai's does thin crust pizza better than anybody in BG and it's really pretty good by any standard, IMO. The crust is always crispy, usually has a good char on the bottom, and their sauce is a good mix of spice/tomato.

If you don't like Pagliai's you don't like traditional deck oven pizza, IMO.

Pollyeye's wasn't around when I was on campus (it was a Pags next to campus.... and we pronounced it "polly eyes"). Asking around during Homecoming someone let us know the two distinct names were created out of a divorce. So... my question.... is Pollyeye's different than Original Pags?

Yes and no. George is still involved with both. Menus are very similar with slight differences (stuffed breadsticks and beer at Campus). Recipes are the same from what I can tell. Printed boxes have both places on them as well as most advertisements.
