BGSU was also chosen to win the MAC East, much to Curt Miller's "bafflement" given this team's youthfulness
Of course, we all know pre-season polls don't mean a whole lot. A team's potential may play out in different ways, and teams must work hard all season to earn wins. But this is a tremendous compliment to BGSU's perennial success, especially considering all of the unknowns this year. Kudos to the coaches and staff for building a program that earns great recognition even with a young team and on a "rebuilding" year.
