There's a groundswell amongst Big 10 observers to ask Penn State to leave the conference. Now, this is an unlikely proposition at this point...but should it occur, wouldn't that fundaentally change the college hockey landscape again? Or would the Big 10 just bend over and give Notre Dame whatever they want to join?

Not gonna happen. There is way too much money involved. Five years from now it will be same ole same ole.

1st PSU wont be asked to leave the big 10.
2nd Notre dame would never join the big 10

but your exactly right, the b10 would not have a hockey conference, or would have to pull Nebraska club up, NW club or Indiana club up.
