I couldn't watch the game, but its 530am here and I have been staring at that gametracker this whole time. Shootout win against the other team down south! What a way to respond after last night and something that should be a huge confidence booster for this team.

Wasn't our best game (too many dumb penalties again), but these guys NEVER GAVE UP!!! Four goals against these guys and winning the shootout...AWESOME!!!!

I have said that we are 1 Brian Hills short of a very good team.
We may have 1 or 2 of them.

But it sure feels good against a team/school that seems to believe they are just miles above us. By their talk. By their actions or lack of.

They're not. They're better right now. But not miles better.

And no matter what league they/we play in, we always have a chance to beat 'em. And, with this coaching staff, it might be in the NCAA in 2014. Never know. Think big.

I may be the biggest critic of the hockey program on azz.com, but on nights like this all I can say...WAY TO GO FALCONS!!!

HUGE WIN. I realize that Miami might be struggling this season but they still have tons of talent and will ultimately be a tough out come the postseason. For us to come back after a thrashing last night and win tonight says a lot about the character and the fight of this team.

I said before the series I'd be very happy with a split and we got it.

It looks extremely promising considering the fact that we were able to fight back not once, not twice, not three times, but four times!!! Four times Miami had a one goal lead and we fought back to tie it and force OT, and then the shootout!

Absolutely awesome win!!!!!
