Russ signed a PTO Contract with the Abbottsford Heat, he was a part of the Alaska Aces team last year that won the Kelly Cup of the ECHL. Russ has a +13 rating this season and a +15 rating in November that led all ECHL players that month. He has 6 points (2-4-6) and seems to really be flourishing right now.
