I am sorry but congress has no business getting involved with college football. It is absurd to think that they don't have enough better things to do with their time other than make college football "fair" for the little guy.......

I use to agree with that thought, especially when everything was spiraling downward a couple years ago. However, if you think about it, the idea that there is exclusion happening (essentially segregation or discrimination), wouldn't this be a congressional issue? This could be a monopoly issue or a discrimination issue, or both.
