Signing Day event...

Post by Falconfreak90 »

Wed Feb 1 is National Signing Day and BG hosting the annual event at Hilton Garden Inn in Perrysburg. I don't know why they don't have it in BG but eh....

I plan on going this year...anyone else going?

Can't wait...GO BG>

The Hilton Garden is the official hotel for BG athletics, yes?

Never been..just got my letter in the mail. For those who have gone, is it worth the trip?

Mike,
I just MIGHT be "coaxed" into going...got the letter and tossed it, because I couldn't see a 4+ hr. round trip for a 1+ hr. program. I know these things are tied to 1st Wed. in Feb., but wish they'd try to do something like this on a weekend for us out of towners.

Den,

Yeah, I thought about that, too. I work at 10 that night and should roll back into Akron about 9:45 or so. If I'm a few min late, so what. Gotta keep my priorities straight and FALCON FOOTBALL is much more important than any job. :-D

Ixnay on the onde blay...my wife reads this board sometimes... :)

Since I haven't doen the season tix the past two years...they don't invite me to these things. I guess I'm persona non grata. I'd blame Gregg Brandon, but he seem to kinda like the AZZ.com .......or not....

Gregg Brandon came up with my favorite line about the members of AZZ - those Internet Guru's. 8-)

PS - Ask her and maybe the blonde will bring you to the event.

You know, I had season tickets last season, but they screwed up and printed my tickets out when I ordered them. Because of that, I haven't been included on any correspondence that went to season ticket holders. I found out about the season ticket banquet thing--where you pick up your tickets and they had a scrimage--from a friend that also had season tickets. This needs to be fixed.
