Looking for the positives here.....
Re: Looking for the positives here.....
One positive I see is that in 2013 when we will be at our best we get Northern and Toledo at home, and probably either Temple or Mass, as well as Ohio or Miami. All the tougher matchups should be at the Doyt in 2013.

You must be one lucky dude, FM. I've been there twice for BG games and both times CMU fans, as a whole, are a bunch of aholes. I will go back but Mrs. Freak made it very clear she will never go back...and the Freaklings aren't very fond of the place, either.factman wrote:Never had any trouble at CMU, although the homecoming crowd is a bit rowdy, but haven't been back to NIU since we had bottles etc thrown into the BG crowd from the student section back in the nineties! It was fun watching the campus cops try and drag a few of the students out of the stadium!

You go to enough college sporting events and you run into A-holes, BG included.

True Dog...but from my experiences, as a whole, CMU is pretty bad. I'll give them another chance this fall.kdog27 wrote:You go to enough college sporting events and you run into A-holes, BG included.
