the rumblings i've heard is that if krebs is offered the job, he will take it. also, as of a few days ago, krebs was definitely a candidate for the OSU job.
nothing is set in stone though as OSU has plenty of time to name a replacement as geiger's "retirement" doesn't take effect until june.
While I'll be sad to see Krebs go if he takes the OSU job, it won't leave the bitter taste in my mouth like when Urban left after he pledged his love and devotion to BG (which still has not completely gone away). As several people have stated before, Krebs knows what to say. He let us know how much he values his position at BG, but he didn't deceive us with guarantees to stay here.
Honesty is the best policy... if you know how to tell it well.
