Thanks for the heads up...at 1st I thought you were confused with another kid they signed with the 1st name of Nigel...later in the article, it mentions him and Nevada.
Hate like heck to lose a kid with size like this, but I mentioned awhile back that I anticipated some JC WR's coming on board...will be interesting if we fill his "slot" with someone else in the WR corp. The kid from Cincinnati still hasn't commited to anyone yet and I can't figure out why...he was one of the highest rated WR's in Ohio.
(Monty Madaris is his name and he's listed as a FOUR star)

Maybe we'll sign Daniel Bryant from ASA college in Brooklyn...he was a USF signee waaaaay back in 2008 bfore having a medical/family problem that forced him out of football. He has an offer from BGSU and we did sign Wharton from that school last year...

Isn't it illegal for an alumni to talk on the phone to a recruit, if he isn't on the football staff?

Yes..."athletic representatives" who are not employed by the University are prohibited from contacting prospective student athletes.
