70 is magic number

A very impressive stat to say the least.

70 appears to be a magical number for the Falcons, both offensively and defensively ... at the offensive end, BGSU is 11-0 this season when scoring at least 70 points ... the Falcons are 30-0 since the start of last season when reaching the 70-point mark, and BG is 75-1 when scoring 70 over the last three-plus years. • Defensively, BGSU has not allowed any of this year's 20 opponents to score as many as 70 points ... in fact, the Falcons have allowed 70 or more points in only two of the last 53 games, dating to the start of the 2010-11 campaign ... BGSU still won both of those contests.


75-1 when the team scores over 70 points, that is unbelievable. I don't think there are too many other teams in college sports that can say that

I think the more impressive stat there is that we've scored 70+ 76 times in just over three years. I bet there are few women's teams in the country that could boast numbers like that.

And yet we just keep Rolling Along....

Well I jinxed the part of the team not giving up over 70 points. Last time I will point out anything from a press release. But now 76-1 when scoring over 70 points.
