Super Bowl

Post by gmartin »

Well Indy is being invaded by the Super Bowl. This is kind of neat. I am used to all the local media and occasional national media for Sunday night and Monday night games but it is only Tuesday morning and WOW. It is already a circus down here. I did get the chance to meet and speak with Mike n Mike last night. Those two are both nerds!!!!! Especially Greenberg. Today is media day that should be fun. One thing I really didn't get was the Patriots got down here Sunday afternoon and practiced yesterday, in pads and helmets. The Giants did not arrive until last night.

Also curious to see how many reporters continue to ask about Peyton this week. I am sure someone will ask Eli.

Indianapolis has shown time and again that they can handle big time sporting events. Unlike some other midwest cities, downtown Indianapolis is is thriving. We have a lot of good bars and eateries.

Never was a fan of Mike and Mike. No substance and they just kiss their guest azz. I am sure Golic could do damage @ fogo de chao.

I am sick of the local media love fest for Eli Manning.
