BG whipped St Mary's 12-4 Saturday, pounding out 21 hits, but lost game 1 of today's DH vs Northeastern, 4-3. Game 2 being played right now.

BG lost the second game 5-2. Now 2-7 on the season.

But the Falcons bounce back today to beat Georgetown, 4-3. Nice job fellas...pretty wild ending to the game today.

That was a GREAT college baseball game today against Georgetown. Some of the freshmen are really starting to make a name for themselves!

Good God, I just saw the Penn score. Will someone please tell me that Penn is a baseball powerhouse? I know it's only one early-season game, but it was only Penn's 4th game of the year, and 13-2 is pretty bad.

BG loses to Yale, 11-9, and Bradley 12-4. Ouch...BG now 2-4 on the trip with one game left against Maine tomorrow.

Falcons close out Fla trip with a 6-1 loss to Maine...went 2-6 on the trip and now 3-11 on the season.

Baseball seems to be off to a horrible start...and they've not been playing the southern and/or western teams who usually play twice as many games. Hopefully, they'll come around.

When you are working with only two thirds of the scholarships of other schools you are competing against, which is equivilant to 6-9 players in baseball, it is really hard to compete!
