2012 Hockey Banquet Info

Post by Falcon Fanatic »

Great to honor this team for all they have done this year!!!

There is a link to get the reservation form, but if you want to come, please EMAIL Barry Schutte at [email protected] ASAP!!!! The letter that went out wanted reservations in by this Friday, March 23rd!!!

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

CORRECTION:
The letter said to have reservations in by the 26th. I had a draft copy of the letter and never looked at the final copy! #-o But...that gives people a few more days to decide they want to attend this event! :-D And one more thing...it's not really a "banquet," it's more of a reception with hors d'oeuvres, then the awards. And a great chance to socialize with the team and tell them how proud they made us to be Falcon Hockey fans!!!! :supz:
