If you remember back in 2006 our puntin issues suck then in the 2006 we recurited one of the best punters alonso rojas but unfourntaley didn't work out at bgsu and he now plays for kansas jayhawks..with our kickin issues why can't we recurit one of the top kickers in the nation to come to bgsu

Clawson has said repeatedly that in his years at BG he has never had a set of kickers as consistent in practice as Tate and Stein. They hit a combined 18 of 20 in a day of practice this week yet they are a combined 1 of 4 on FGs and a missed XP in games. Are they choking? Dunno but that could certainly be the issue

We just need a field goal coach or something I don't know... In my opinion bg needs a playmaker in the secondary that can be a ballhawk like toledo has jeremaine roberson and the one guy from ohio and ball state.

I haven't had the time to go back and look but is the snap and hold part of the problem? I heard Al Del Greco say a few times on his radio show in the morning here that more often than not when a kicker misses there is usually a problem with the hold. If the snap and hold are good so much of what the kicker does is routine that it should be the same every time. Of course he is bias as a former kicker but perhaps it is not all the kickers fault.
