Women's Soccer continues freefall...

Yep, looks like firing Andy Richards was the right call. ](*,) #-o :vom:

Falcons lose 2-1 to EMU and 1-0 to WMU this weekend...now 1-10-1, 0-3-1 MAC.

In the BG athletic department, it's not what is best for BG, but what is best for those making the decision and their "friends"!

Factman, I notice you aren't on the Volleyball thread talking about the the great job the new coach (and Greg Christopher hire) is doing. I guess it's a case of "give credit where credit is due" as long as it's negative.....

You haven't looked very close then! Of course Denise recruited all of the starters and we won't even talk about why she retired!
They are having a very good start to the season, and here's hoping it continues.

freak, there can many reasons for a change. I don't know. We certainly have been sliding well before the first match this year. Well before. But don't judge Interim Coach Evans on those one goal losses with many players she didn't personally recruit. We are working hard in the matches I've seen. We aren't scoring. And we aren't winning. That's true. But don't judge the move or the Interim Coach just yet.

Go Falcons!

Fair enough...the last few years under Coach Richards weren't that great but I thought overall, he did a good job. Plus, I didn't like the way he was shown the door.
