Anybody listening to the game on the radio? Why did Hammond leave the game at 29 second mark?

I joined in about 10 minutes into the first, and was wondering the same thing. I just heard that he tried to make a save from a weird bounce and slid back into the net. He didn't get up and needed help from the trainer and was taken to the locker room. The announcers do not know what is hurting him.

Great win. Burke came through as a key backup, at least its sounds like it. Im not going to jinx it but all I can say is I hope we play well tomorrow...

Mingo is playing very, very well. Looks to be a key player for the Falcons and a team leader if he keeps up this pace. He definately knows how to put the puck in the back of the net.

GO FALCONS!!
SWEEP COLGATE!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

I certainly hope Hammy's injury isnt serious, but he REALLY needs to stay home. If he wants to be a defenseman or a forward, he ought to get a differant stick.
