Kendall Montgomery, Jude Adjei-Barimah and Deejay White were all charged with either assault or a nuisance violation. It appears Kendall was the one committing the assault. Montgomery didn't play against EMU because of this, haven't heard anything in regards to Jude and Deejay.

The longer the walk, the farther you crawl.

Ugh! Competing for a MAC championship and some aren't even motivated enough to not do something stupid. Very frustrating.

Can someone explain what "nuisance party rules" are?

Cops get called to a party more than once. They shut it down with the nuisance party ordinance and the landlord is also notified. Landlord does not like the cops coming to his rentals and tells the tenants no more or they're gone. Tenants don't hold another party (until end of the school year when they have a lease signed to live elsewhere and they throw a major kegger and the cops bust up the joint).Flipper wrote:Can someone explain what "nuisance party rules" are?

No matter what the "nuisance" was, these guys have to realize what they're doing to the TEAM. TO HELL with their stupid party! Focus on what needs to be done on the field and in the classroom! That IS what your're "supposed" to be doing in college!!!!
This kind of behavior SHOULD result in at least a game suspension, which one of them has already served. Does he think it'll be warmer in Fla. soon? (Sorry for the sarcasm, but this really ticks me off!!!)

Thnks...I was either working, at the library or deep in prayer on weekends so my knowledge is limited.transfer2BGSU wrote:Cops get called to a party more than once. Taking a wild guess...Montgomery put a beating on a couple of guys who didn't take the words "leave now" to heart.
