Missing Jones next year is going to be huge. It's not just his play. It's how much he encourages all the players around him and makes them all play even better. I do believe that Ted Oullet and Charlie Walker and company will step up, though. Plus we get back some DL lost for the season due to injury.

Regardless ... worry about that in a while. Now, BEAT THE BOBCATS!!

My favorite part about Jones is he never gives up on a play. Several of his sacks have occurred when it looks like he was out of the play or the QB originally eluded him.

After this weekend's games, we are now the 9th best defense. I wonder where we would be if we didn't get absolutely killed in that VT game.

Completely dropping that game as if it never happened, our average yards allowed per game drops from 290 to 276.75, or 5th in the country, assuming other teams around us didn't have a similar abomination.

Eh, I've forgotten the Va Tech game. Most teams have at least one bad game and that one didn't hurt us in the MAC standings. Wed cannot get here soon enough...Roll along!!!!!
