Listened to the game on the radio...tough loss. Had a 7 pt lead and let it slip away. CSU took over in overtime. Yuk.

Kraus and Orr combine for 67 minutes of unproductive basketball. Our selfish PG shoots 33% from the field and has 9 TOs. Almost no production from our bench, with a guy that played 11 minutes in our first game never even seeing the floor.

Sounds like another Orr team. Looks like it took a player of the year type night from Calhoun to even have us in position to blow the lead late.

It's frustrating as hell to see these losses start adding up before I can even get to watch the group play.

We start 3 seniors and 2 sophs. CSU started 1 senior and 4 sophs. This isn't a comparison of respective programs - it demonstrates of the respective abilities of the coaches.

Folks, what we see now is all that we've ever been, and ever will be, under Orr.

We can't even start building a program until we have a coach. This year and next year will be time and opportunity wasted.

My bad, didn't realize he was hurt.

And yeah, it's only one loss, I guess, but I guess a 10 point win against a DII school just FEELS like a loss.

I should say that what frustrates me is that the team is shaping up with the exact issues I expected before I even get to see them play. I expected high turnovers and poor shooting from Crawford, Check. I expected inconsistency from game to game from Calhoun, Check. I expected to see Orr & Kraus play a ton of unproductive minutes, Check.

Hopefully as the season goes on I'll be proven incorrect but early indications are this is the exact Orr product we've watched for the past 5 years. And for some reason our AD thought that was good enough for yet another year.

I hope and I pray that Erger starts a game. It would be too much fun to read the apocolyptic posts. This board would implode.

Most coaches would give him his token start in his final home game, but Orr doesn't do that. Remember he parked Jakubowski on the end of the bench on Senior night, only to allow him to play garbage time and not take him out before final buzzer. Then again, most coaches would have found a way to show Erger the door years ago.
