Dakich post-game quotes...

Post by ZiggyZoomba »

Trying to transcribe the high points of the post-game interview here as it comes on...

77 - 73

"We're not gonna pound anyone on the road... both teams played hard."

"Moon changed the game...incredibly good job on defense. Steals and stops."

"We've gotta keep getting better...."

"I hope we have 5 or 6 more games where people go crazy but please, jump on me, not on Fitch!!!"

He seemed legitimately pissed off about he Fitch situation. :!: Didn't he say something like "If your too stupid to know that Fitch has had three knee surgery, don't bother coming to the game."?

Just edited my previous post with what I think he said.

Listening to his comments on the radio Monday it didn't sound like he was too perturbed about the situation. He seemed to be really taking it in stride, but, maybe the closeness of this game made it get to him a little more. I missed his comments because I was trying to find out the women's score. Which brings me to my next point -- why in the heck can't Miller beat Kent? :(

Agreed. I have never had a problem with fans going onto the court to celebrate a victory. But think a little! Don't do anything that could harm your players!
