While you were sleeping--recruiting news

Post by Flipper »

Here's the Detroit Free Press' Mick McCabe's Fab 50 in the State of Michigan.

BG verbals Lawrence and Basler are sitting pretty, as are two "new" DB verbals. We have four in the top 50 with a shot at a couple more ...

Go back to sleep, I'm gonna go workout and then eat some oatmeal, maybe with some raisins.

Lawrence and Basler already have links in the verbals thread. The Insiders and Rivals did not have info about any of the other four.

I had Raisin Bran for breakfast. Gotta get your fiber. :D

I just want the clean carbs and some fiber to go with my protein mix (whey and casein) so I just micro it in some water and choke it down.

I'm HARDCORE!

God that sounds awful.

Gimme 3 eggs over easy, hash browns with Onions & green peppers, rye toast, some bacon, and sausage any day.

Now that's a hardcore breakfast. Nothing like starting your day by giving your heart a good workout! :)

I like your way of thinking, hammb! Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, toast, pancakes....that's the one I can go for. I am getting hungry!

I actually thought of that later after posting, but it has been a hectic day and I'm just now getting back here :)
