Anyone who watched the hideous loss to Central Michigan and thought we had a championship coach, is basically crazy. Add to it the shoulder shrugging church service post game presser, and you knew this season was a throw away as well. A new coach would have had Calhoun, Crawford, and 8 scholarships minimum over a 2 year period. The alternative will be a bunch of length with no ability to score the ball. Give it a few more L's, we will be seeing the 2-3 zone before the end of January.
Atleast the new coach will have a high draft pick.

Lets be honest with ourselves, another coach wouldn't be playing them.

Most other coaches wouldn't still have them on the roster, let alone play them.

Upswing? Based on what/who?[/quote]

Meh, you're right...after re-checking the Sagarin ratings, the MAC sucks as bad this year as last. I was looking for OU, Akron, and Kent to have very strong years. Also, I was hoping Western, UT, Eastern, and Ball State to make progress. Not happening.

So, we'll be at the ass end of a s**t conference. Shoot this program right now and just get it over with. Can we fire Orr now and just cancel the rest of the season?

....and at what point to we start calling for Demarkio Lyshie to get significant minutes at the point? (...now that we see that Clarke's inability to shoot at a decent % and refrain from turnovers offsets whatever tremendous athleticism he has)

IMO there is no reason not to see Lyshe now.

Clarke is shooting 29% and if he played full time he'd be averaging about 4 turnovers per game. I guess we can stop waiting for him to play more.

Does anybody have any idea why Sealey isn't getting off the bench?
