A win's a win...but I feel like rinsing my eyes with bleach. That was an ugly, ugly game....

Perrysburg High or St Johns can beat this team. How many more bad passes can we make in the 2nd half. Nice crowd too. Bad product + no fan support = New Coach

Crawford
Henderson
Calhoun
Sealy
Holmes

Not the biggest, but the quickest and most athletic

Can then bring in Black, Orr, and any other mop up player (Erger, Clarke, Kraus)
Not the biggest...its bigger than our current lineup.

The WORST game I've ever tried to watch. Horrible horrible teams.

Didn't see the, but the box score showed Crawford with 25% shooting and 9 turnovers.

It was a very tough one to watch, but we did scrap hard defensively against a team w long and tall athletes. EMU is a long way from good- don't get me wrong. But we fought.

We just struggle on offense so badly- for multiple possessions in a row. Scoring droughts- which against six or so MAC schools will doom us. So we have to fix it- how I have no idea.

If we could have gotten our November signee Z Denny to enroll a semester early, he could have helped perhaps. :) He is in range walking through the lobby. Denny was held to 41 vs Oakwood in his last outing. Good thing he was taken out or he certainly would have outscored our Falcons. He managed to hit 7 threes. Pretty good game for the 26 minutes he played. Valley View hammered a weak opponent and has had a good year so far. Denny averaging 37 per game.

I know I know- what will a six foot combo guard do in D 1 ball? Don't know but he can hit from very deep right now. And slash and drive. He has taken more foul shots than any other player in the Dayton area. So we shall see.

Go Falcons!

Is Louis Orr concerned about the ceiling height at the Stroh? We're undersized at most every spot on the floor. A 6ft guard will fit right in here...unless he can shoot.

I don't think we struggled offensively against EMU. I don't think we were running anything that looked like a coherent system. When you have your backcourt dribbling around the perimeter while the frontcourt just stands there and watches...is that really an offense?

While I would argue that no, it is not an offense, you could also make the point that it has been our "system" for the past 4-5 years.

The coaching staff, and by extension the players, seem to have no concept whatsoever of what we're trying to do on the offensive end. The only goal seems to be to slow the game down so it's a low scoring affair and maybe we'll get lucky in the end.

You forgot about throwing the most horrific alley oop passes ever seen by mankind.
