"ECHL suspended Alaska's Chris Clackson (Western Michigan alum) indefinately and fined him an undisclosed amount for his actions in a Jan 11 game against Ontario."

Once a goon, always a goon.
I wonder what one has to do to draw an indefinate suspension in the ECHL.

Because you asked and this just happened to my local team this weekend:

"Wheeling Nailers forward Keven Veilleux was suspended indefinitely by the Nailers for allegedly using a racial slur towards South Carolina Stingrays defenseman Scooter Vaughan, according to The Intelligencer Wheeling News-Register."

Believe it or not, the ECHL has cleaned up a lot from the earlier days of the league when it was known as "goon island". Kind of like an early precursor to the LNAH
