BGSU vs Toledo
BG beat Toledo the other day.
What was the sport in which BG dominated the Rockettes?
Quidditch of course!
And not only that, it was televised on BCSN.
For those of you that do not know what Quidditch is, it is the sport played in Harry Potter!
I LMAO when I saw this. Then I found that lots of colleges now have this sport.
I was told about it by one of my band members (all of which go to UT) that his friend plays the sport and it was on BCSN.
Well go Falcons! Way to beat the Rockets!

Is that what that was? I saw a little bit of it and could not figure out what the hell they were doing. It was clear that BGSU was the far superior squad....but what was up with the guy in the yellow who was randomly running around? I'm not wading through Harry Potter to figue it out.

HAHA, I literally have no idea. Never watched Harry Potter just clips from time to time. I think this game may be more fun if they could actually fly............

Guy in yellow may have been the snitch. Not sure what that is but I know there is one in quidditch. Game was historic in that it was televised and no prior quiddich match ever was. Never heard of quiddich until I saw a post on it yesterday.

Not many of us left who can imitate Barry Goldwater. This is No Game For Young Men. I had that issue, of course.

Duh...I was four....Later in life when both were publishing, those of us with class and distinction preferred National Lampoon to Mad and...God forbid...Cracked

You were four and National Lampoon didn't exist. We only HAD Mad. Later in life those of us with class and distinction preferred Playboy to all of those you mention.Flipper wrote:Duh...I was four....Later in life when both were publishing, those of us with class and distinction preferred National Lampoon to Mad and...God forbid...Cracked

Penthouse had sleazier girls...and made up stories. Playboy was too high brow....

Hence the "class and distinction" modifier...Flipper wrote:Penthouse had sleazier girls...and made up stories. Playboy was too high brow....

Please...you're from Waterville. You people think it's classy to paint the blocks you put your junked cars up on....
