Before you dub this team the preseason favorite for the WCHA next year, lets get this team to five hundred record first. This happened last year we 800 people posted about how the hockey team would be in the hunt for the CCHA title this year. The team has improved, but we Bergeron wants them to be is still a mountain to climb away.

Ugh.....how we do give up so many short handed goals?

5 forwards on the powerplay. The system we use, it doesn't work. The forward at the point gets taken advantage of too many times. If we utilized a system that involved the rotation of players from the point to down low, it would work. 4 or 5 forwards in our system makes no difference. They stay at the point and look to pass. Throw 2 D-men out there and tell them to let the big shot rip. Use the forwards to clean up the rebounds.
