He consistently brings in like Crawford, Sealey, Black, Holmes, Calhoun, Thomas, etc...
These are all players who came in right away and in our first glimpses of them we said, "These guys can play a bit."
Then 3 years later they're still raw talents and still haven't gotten any better than they were the day walked on campus. Sure they may get more stats in year 3-4, but it's just because their minutes trend upward. I cannot think of one single player that actually got BETTER as a basketball player by learning from this coaching staff.
Personally I think 1 winning season in 6 years is pretty awful.
