Other schools are catching on...

This is what we are trying to do with the Anderson Animals. The Dakich thing would be cool, but when I think of the House that Roars, I don't think of Dakich. I think of all the history and every player to play in ANDERSON Arena. Hence the ANDERSON Animals.NY-BG-FAN wrote:Here's my idea.....I think we should name the whole student section something, and Include Dakich's name.
Again, I'm tired of everyone thinking the Anderson Animals are trying to be like the sideline squad. While it may LOOK like we are trying to do so, you have to realize right now, the Animals only have enough to stand in the front row. Someday I hope it catches on and all the students are Animals but it will take time.momtartin wrote: These sound like great ideas. To be honest, I'm sick of them. HahahhahaBGDrew wrote:Grant talked about getting those bands a few months ago, not sure if anything came of it though.

Our voices were almost shot so we didn't continue during the men's game. I think that worked well though because the opposing team is down by us during the first half and our ladies took a huge lead early. I'd like to think we had an effect on the score

I disagree. In Anderson, the students are definitely closer to the game which creates a different atmosphere. Also, being a smaller arena, the sound has a stronger echo and you don't need the numbers for it to get to the same level of noise.FlippinFalconFan wrote:and by the way if we wanna be like the cameron crazies or somethin like that we def need more students at the game and get the place to sell out or else it aint gonna be anything like Cameron Indoor Stadium( then again i dont know what coudl be like that ) but we need to get close to them!
