Win over Duquesne was impressive...

Post by Falconfreak90 »

This team lost at North Carolina by 4, once to Delaware, twice to St Joe's, once to Miami U and to Dayton by 1. Coach Roos said their RPI was 36 and was the highest of any team left out of the NCAA tourney. They had wins over Delaware, Pitt and West Va.

No question we beat a VERY good team Saturday.

A certain Indiana head women's basketball coach mentioned on twitter that he thought Duquesne should have gotten an at-large bid to the NCAA tournament

Too bad they only give out at large bids to half assed BCS conference teams with sub .500 conference records. Coach Roos said the same thing...Duquesne definitely deserved to be in the BiG dance.

=D> Yeah JILL! Yeah TEAM! Yeah! =D>

It was also nice to see Duquesne come to play basketball and not to beat up our team. Although it had it's moments, this game did not seem as "physical" as some I've attended recently.
