Post by hammb »

I didn't wanna take over markl's thread but tonight I have committed to taking the plunge as well. Many of you have met Tara at tailgates and other sporting events...we're looking forward to joining the ranks of bg grad marriages!

Thanks guys!

And I agree '61...we have to get those perchies again. It's been a long while. Grandpa's the one that always catches 'em and he hasn't been out to a game in several years.

I think mine is around 60 days away. All I can say is it'd be soooo much easier to elope. :axe:

And cheaper. And you don't have to deal with family members upset that they were left off the guest list.

I hope you front-loaded your contract and got as much guaranteed money as possible. :)

Congrats!

"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."
