Scout.com is showing the verbal commitment of Jared Coker, 6'4:, 280 OG from Briar Woods HS in Ashburn, Va.
Interesting in that I can't recall us EVER having a kid from Va. on the squad...anyone else remember one?
I think this makes a total of SIX verbals so far... looks like coaches are doing the tough part of their job...i.e. getting HS kids to commit... hopefully, they'll sign in Feb. and we can "coach em up"!

Orlando Barrow....things didn't go so well for him here...and TE Scott Davis, who apparently was a neighbor of Clwson's when he coached Richmond...which is in VA.

Thanks....forgot about Barrow, and honestly didn't know that Davis was from Va. Got to admit...it hasn't been a hotbed for BG recruiting in the past.... wish too, that we'd get back into GA. We've had some pretty good players thru the yrs. from there.
