Phil Steele Top 40

I'm a big Phil Steele fan. I think his projections are insightful and unbiased. Anyway, the full mag is released June 4th I think. But I saw an incomplete Top 40 online. BG isn't on it. Tulsa is #35. Northern Illinois is #26! I'm not surprised about Tulsa or BG. Tulsa has had a lot of wins each of the last 5+ seasons. If we come out and hit them in the jaw, we'll get a little buzz going.

The thing about Tulsa is they lost 8 starters from their D last year and most of them were All Conf USA players. Same with the O line...they are gonna be green up front. We need to control the line of scrimmage on both sides of the ball and we'll be in good shape.

Tulsa has been the better team each time we played, obviously. I know they are slight favorites but I think we have the better team for once. We have many 2 and 3 year starters on both sides.
