TAILGATING?

Post by Class of 61 »

Noticed that NO ONE has mentioned anything about tailgating for the Tulsa game....Obviously, Joyce and I, being retired, can make it pretty much when we want to. But with most of you working etc. I'm wondering how many are actually planning to tailgate before the game....
We don't have a portable grill so we might have to just bring sandwiches etc. if no one else is available...anyway, guess it's time to find out who's going to be available and what time they anticipate being in BG.
Got my season tix today, but DID NOT get my KSU tix...called ticket office and they said they'd send them out within a week. Anyone else missing tix for the "free" outside game? =D>

Also received my tickets today. Kent freebies included. Is Kent St seating general admission everywhere in the west stands? My tickets aren't together.

We are planning on coming up. If weather is good, all of will be there with the RV. Same location as last year. I hope to be set up about 3pm or earlier on Thursday.

Pretty much... The section in the south-west portion is all general admission... I wouldn't worry too much-there are many good seats still available and plenty of room there :D

Mitch, Good to hear....we were tentatively planning on about 3pm or so too...so we'll be looking for the Army flag.

I'm hoping to be in BG and checked into the hotel by 1:30. Cornhole and beer pong set up by 2.

I should be there around 3pm or so. Bringing a buddy to his first ever BG game.

Unfortunately, I still have to work like a sucker. I'll definitely be making it to the game, but don't expect to get any tailgating in :(

Hammb,

I am in the same boat. Will roll into town by 6:15 and have enough time for one beer before heading in. I'll make up for it at Kent the following week. :D
