Gymnast Host Kent State This Friday

Post by It's the Journey... »

Meet will begin at 7:00 p.m.

Feb. 1, 2005

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University gymnastics team will look to rebound from last weekends loss to Eastern Michigan, as they host Kent State this Friday (Feb. 4) night inside the Eppler Center. The meet is scheduled to begin at 7:00 p.m.

Home Sweet Home
In the next 14 days, BGSU will host Kent State (Feb. 4), Western Michigan (Feb. 13) and will close out the home schedule with Senior Day in a tri-meet versus Southeast Missouri State and Wisconsin-Oshkosh (Feb 18). The Falcons are 1-0 at home this season with a win over Ball State and are 21-7 at home since the 1999-2000 season.

Schedule Reminder
Following the meet with Kent State the Falcons will once again hit the road as they will travel to Northern Illinois (Feb. 6), before returning home on Feb. 13, as they host Western Michigan at 2:00 p.m. The meet with the Broncos is scheduled to air on BCSN.

Come on out for this one. Kent always gives us a run for our money and the team could use all the support and noise possible. If you think Anderson Arena is tight when it is full you should see Eppler at capacity. 7 pm in Eppler Center!
