BG TV IN 05 ??

Post by ZuluWarrior »

Todays Blade referenced an ESPN2 game for Toledo-Fresno this year. Has anyone heard or seen anything on BG TV game commitments?

BG vs. UT, and the MAC Championship are the only "guaranteed' games. Wait until the schedule actually comes out and we'll find out. However, rumor is the Boise St/BG game will be televised.

I thought Boise State was a lock for ESPN/2. Am I wrong?

I thought so too, but don't remember for sure now. Seems like a "made for TV" event. That'll be a late night, too.

Or at nine am Pacific like Fresno and somebody did this year. I think it was Boise. All just so they could be on TV.

Boise St. played at SJSU in that morning tilt, and barely squeeked by, FWIW.

That would be fine with me! I can't see BG/Boise State NOT being on ESPN/2. That is gonna be one heck of a game. I'm really looking forward to Boise coming to the Doyt in 2006 as well.

Actually, an 11pm start Eastern would be perfect, since I wouldn't get off work until 10:30 Eastern. Hmmm... I'm liking this trip to Boise!!
