Quick halftime thoughts ...
1. I see why Treadwell was fired.
2. Offense had five drives. Scored on four of them, and the other was an attempt at a 18 second 1 TO drive. Cannot complain at all.
3. Johnson is awesome.
4. O line has dominated. Those two sacks were more on Johnson rolling and extending the play longer than he needed than on the O line.
5. Defense has bent at times but stood strong when needed. I'd be a bit worried against OU and UB but so far a Martin-less D is holding a team to 3 halftime points.
6. Those 3 points were on a LONG LONG FG after a freakish third down conversion. This is close to being a shutout.
7. This game is just about already put away.
8. I wouldn't be stunned to see a second half shutout by our D.

Had a chance to speak with Gabe Martin heading into half time.. Asked him about the knee, he said surgery on the 22nd. I said good luck to him in the future.

Also ran into PJ Pope in the stands.. Said he is doing well, coaching in Cincy & working.

BG still not firing on all cylinders .. Should be a shutout in 2nd had with 21-28 more points for BG on the board
