No More FB Commits?

Post by Class of 61 »

It's been well over a month since I've seen any new commits for BG football; Most recruiting sites are still holding between 15-16 names that have been known since at least Oct. They're also keeping Odell Spencer, WR from Shaker Hts. on the list, despite his alleged "tweet" that he was decommitting and supposedly had interest in Cincy.

In the meantime, I've noticed that several MAC schools, including a certain school up north( from 8 to 12 IIRC), have added kids to their commit lists.

I know there was a "dead" period, but thought that had passed... Anyone know how this works?

Guess the "dead period" must be over. Isaiah Moore, 6'3", 280 OL from Tiffin Columbian, has just verballed to BG...per FalconBlog... I haven't gone to the recruiting sites yet, but this guy seems to be on top of most everything BG. \:D/

We have 16 seniors and grayshirts from last year to account for...we shouldn't have room for too many more I would think.

I think we have to find a scholarship for Houston as well....I wonder if we have any hope of getting Mike Rogers back in the fold?
