One of the best part of winning the East, is now we don't have to sweat out a bowl. We're going to one and that's what matters. Now let's win one this year. But first, BEAT NIU!

Pretty much the consensus right now is BG playing either in Detroit or Mobile. Detroit would be against either a Sun Belt or ACC school, Mobile would be Sun Belt only.

Would love either of those 2. I can make it to Mobile for sure and Detroit would be doable based on the date. Would also be nice to have a lot of fans there.

That is my prediction too. I almost feel that will be our destinations win or lose vs NIU. If we win, I think Motor City. If we lose, it could still be Motor City because NIU would likely go to another BCS bowl. I would prefer Detroit vs a BCS team no doubt if those are the choices. Anyone know the pecking order for MAC bowls this year (who picks first, second)?

BG could also do itself a favor by getting a lot of fans at the MACC if it would like to make a return visit for the bowl.

Do you hate mid-major football and never want to see them on the grandest stage? You may want to start learning the names of Bowling Green players so you don't look like a fool rooting for the Eagles on Friday.

I don't use twitter or facebook. I am sure somebody here will provide some guidance to this guy who wrote this.
