Turnovers, turnovers and more turnovers!!!

We had 19 more turnovers last night, including a very costly one with the game tied with a minute to go on an inbound pass. That was was a big turnover at that point in the game, but it was just one of 18 others. We had nearly as many baskets made (21) as turnovers (19) last night. Listening and watching games when we just thrown the ball away time and time again is just painful. I would rather see us jacking up poor shots and at least giving ourselves a chance to score or get a rebound than to just keep throwing or giving the ball away.

I read that Akron scored 27 points off of our 19 turnovers!

Right you are 33! 19 TO's killed us last night. Even the Akron Radio announcers were commenting how it seemed like BG was trying to give the game away...which we did.

We better come out ready to play Monday night. I think the next 4 games will determine this team's success down the way. Home for Ohio, At Toledo, at Kent St and Ball State at home. We must get no worse than a split in these 4.

No doubt, and one game at a time again. We MUST beat Ohio! We should have gotten them last weekend, but we must win this time around. This is a must win game, because I do not like the feeling I get looking ahead at UT, KSU and BSU.
