Loved that movie, as an impressionable 13 year old. I remember going to see it when we were on Christmas vacation on Ft. Myers Beach.

One Tin Soldier Rides Away...
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Sequels sucked but I loved the original. One of the first martial arts scenes in American films and dealt graphically with some controversial issues. Laughlin was one of those guys who did it his way or no way.

I thought it was going to be about one of the CSC guys at the Stroh Center retiring.
Dustin was probably disappointed it wasn't that.

Re: One Tin Soldier Rides Away...
Saw an interview with Laughlin awhile back...he used to live down the street from OJ Simpson. He said everyone on the block knew what a monster Simpson was as he would routinely beat on his wife and kids. It's a shame that he didn't go into Billy Jack mode and kick the crap out of him...
