Perhaps you should pay attention to what the current coach inherited. You need to start SIXTEEN AND A HALF years ago. That is when the bottom started to drop out of this program. There was ONE slightly successful season in that run. And even I will admit that Jordan Sigalet is somewhere above superhuman. But I guess that doesn't count in your mind because we were riding the hot goaltender.IBleedOrangeAndBrown wrote:Don't get ahead of yourself falconfan1. I don't want 25 wins and a top 5 ranking, I just want a winning season. This is the fourth year under Bergeron and everyone is talking about how happy they are that the team is .500. Maybe the team will go on and have a good second half of the season. However, it is a real possibility that four years could go by without a winning record to show for it. Those results aren't acceptable at any institution. Don't be ignorant, this team hasn't been relevant in decades, pardon me for not being content with mediocrity.
The last four seasons the team has shown improvement from the first game to the last (yes, I'm including the season Dennis Williams was behind the bench). That was something that had been lacking the previous 12 seasons. The team is growing. Each recruiting class that comes in is better than the previous. There's a lot that has changed. It takes time to show recruits what can happen here. What they can accomplish here.
