Halftime Adjustments

Post by falcon83 »

Now that coach Clawson is gone, do the remaining coaches have the experience to make the halftime adjustments that have made us so successful this year??

Doubt that Dave made all the adjustments on his own...that's usually left to the co-ordinaters to handle...my only fear is that the two co-ordinaters may have split thoughts...not that they won't make changes if needed, just that their thinking isn't all with BG now... HOPE I'm wrong on this one...even better...let's get off to a great start where too many adjustments aren't needed. :-k

Because these coaches have had good relationships with their players, they still have a personal and emotional investment in these kids. I truly believe they will really want "their" players to win the very last game that they have the opportunity to coach them in. Great way to part ways, for sure!

GO BG!!
BEAT PITT!!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

It all comes down to the players IMO, and I bet they are still hungry.

I agree with both kdog and falcon fanatic...I think the players and coaches are going to be motivated to close this out on a high note.
