Our offense has been sorry. Why haven't we used the hurry up more... which has worked.

What's with all the reverses all of a sudden? They are to quick for that.

Stretch plays to the outside take way too long to develop...especially against a quick defense.

Our defense has delivered almost every time this year. Can they do it here?

Staff can't tackle #40. That was just a poor excuse of tackling by the defense.

Do I think they were affected by Clawson leaving? Yes.

Just a horrid defensive performance. Horrid.

They give up a record breaking number of yards to a nobody back because they can't maintain position and tackle like they have most of the season. I just don't get it.

Awful.

Then when the offense really needs yards the line can't block worth a crap.

I don't know why they just didn't call plays that called for Johnson to roll out. Pitt didn't seem to be able to handle that all game, yet BG didn't seem to have set plays that would have had him do that. Instead, he sat back there and then tried to escape when the pocket collapsed.

All in all, I give this coaching effort a big fat D. It was pretty bad. Like I said earlier, I'm not a big fan of interim staffs when they're going to be leaving to coach elsewhere. I really don't believe you get their full attention for the bowl game. It would almost be better to just let them all go and have the new coaching staff be in charge. I know that's not realistic most of the time, but what I saw tonight was pretty pathetic.

The better team won tonight. That looked like mid 2000s tackling for the most part and we didn't go hurry up on offense nearly enough IMO. Another thing that bugged me was Ronnie moore's limited involvement. Huge role at eastern and northern, but nothin against buffalo and Pitt.

We got a gift with Donald's penalty on the first TD and Boo Boo's should have come back as well.

We have come a long way since 2010 but our record in close games and against equal or superior competition is pretty putrid.
