Black is just awful! Yes he gets some rebounds because he's tall and takes up space. But for every rebound he grabs he fumbles away a pass or bricks a shot. He's a senior and looks exactly as he did as a freshman, lost and very limited. THIS is why we got him from Kent State's backyard. We didn't steal him and it makes me laugh when people say that we did.

Bryant with dunk number 8. I'm not even kidding, this one was a lop from about 30 feet away. Think of the dunks we have seen by Oglesby and Holmes over and over and over and over......

You know your basketball program has fallen off the deep end when one, EMU students are talking crap to your team, and two, EMU has more students at their games than you do at yours.

Ya BG basketball is Eastern Michigan of 10 years ago. In the MAC it only takes one awful coach. Keep him for 7 years because he is a "good guy" and this is what you get.

Clarke just got "T' up after a foul. Yep. EMU coach is emptying the bench. Maybe Louie ought to do the same and play the sweatsuit crowd.

Sigh. 12 more Louie games to endure. BG falls by 12.

We are almost home. Lou has lost his last January game as the coach. Now, will the home fans be barking at Lou again on Sunday?

Don't you actually need fans at the game to be able to do that??? The end is near and can't get here soon enough.

Getting our asses cleaned by Michigan and Illinois directionals. Attendance counts smaller than the head count in my Calc 125 classes in Ogg back in the day. Nope, can't get enough of that.

Nothing will motivate alumni contributions less than shooting 30% against teams that can't be distinguished from large high schools. We might have considered posting old men in orange fezzes ringing bells taking up a collection of coins to buy out Orr, who makes less than half the the IT project managers that I know.

Cut basketball, hire more graduate assistants? At least someone would notice THAT. Why do these guys get out of bed?

Toledo at Miami had 1,400 fans watching in spectacular Millett Hall. Most of the eggs in Oxford are now firmly in place at Steve Cady Arena, home of RedHawk hockey. Men's basketball is dead.

Attendance for BG @ EMU was 601. It is sad for the state of the MAC that a 12-8 team in a not-crappy arena has such a poor following.

Beating Ohio and the three game win streak was nice and showed that there is talent on the team. Talent that is largely underdeveloped and underutilized. That problem is on coaching. I'm guessing we come up with another upset or two but we can all count down to the approximate date when we get a new coach to energize the program.
