4* safety visiting this weekend....
Via twitter...Walnut Hills HC George Kontsis says DB Nilijah Ballew (4* rivals) is visiting BGSU this weekend....
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

"...after receiving minimal attention from U of L's new staff.
Ballew is upset with how he's been treated by U of L's staff so close to signing day but is glad that he and U of L parted ways before he signed with the team, so that he has the option of looking elsewhere."
Wow...it took about a day to find an example of a normal recruiting situation we're somehow getting pillioried over. By zigzag standards Louisville would never be allowed at his high school again.

Nilijah Ballew has decommitted from Louisville because he says he hasn't received enough attention from the new Cardinal staff.mscarn wrote:http://www.cardchronicle.com/2014/1/31/ ... louisville

Seems not tremendously similar.

\ Not from St. Ed's...rather from Cleve. Hts. HS...we were definitely in need of at least ONE OL to replace the two we've lost in recent weeks.

To reply to Globe (still can't get the dang quote thing going), the similarities are not getting the attention from a new staff that the player feels he is warrented and getting miffed about it. In Louisville's case they probably didn't want him and it was a gentle, not-so-subtle message to look elsewhere that was perceptively received; in our case (according to BG & correct until they can produce something in writing stating otherwise) there was never an official offer on the table to begin with.

What difference does that make?

You don't think it's easier to say "I have been disrespected so I am going to look elsewhere" when you have an elsewhere to go to.

Not when the separation isn't your choice....sounds like Louisville wanted to go in another direction and it sounds like Tyree was never fully part of our plans. It's like someone telling their boss "you can't fire me because I quit"

Especially when the separation isn't your choice. He is trying to hold on with Kung fu grip. Imagine my wive leaves me right. I am pretty unlikable and unattractive so I try to hold on to it for dear life. You being Fabio and well liked wouldn't flinch in that situation. On to the next.Flipper wrote:Not when the separation isn't your choice....sounds like Louisville wanted to go in another direction and it sounds like Tyree was never fully part of our plans. Tyree was never married to BG....Ballew was never married to the other staff. Neither one has anything to hang onto...kung fu grip or otherwise.
