Ladies win again!!!

Post by Metz »

86-59 over the kitties!! I will admit I was worried with Ohio's quick defense at the beginning but we broke down their press and continued to pull away. It was great getting to see some of the deeper players on the bench get some minutes at the end again. I can't say it enough, this team just continues to impress me. GO FALCONS!!! :D

What an all around great effort. That couldn't have gone much better, and we got fries.

Great game today! This team is starting to look dominant out there. I couldn't make it because of an inordinant ammount of homework (this has been a bad week for me making it to Anderson  ).

One note for you, McMetz, the Anderson Animals got some props from the TV announcers towards the end of the game. They pointed out that you all had been on your feet and very loud from the opening tip. That group is really starting to come along!

Excellent effort today by the Lady Falcons with attendance of 1625. I wish we could get that many fans for every game. It was hard to tell how many were students because of all the former women athletes that were there seated in the lower seats on the East side.

I loved seeing that place when they announced the players...there wasn't a single person sitting down in the arena and everyone was cheering. Now only if we could keep 1500+ on their feet for an entire women's game...

I only stand down there so the refs here me and I like to be close to the action. I want Animals everywhere in that place but you are always welcome down front!

Great game on Saturday....Ohio kept it close for a while and was only down 51-44 in the second half. Then, BG took over in a big way. Falcons outscored OU 35-15 the rest of the way. Ali Mann plays like a demon possessed! I love watching her play. Got home from the game and watched some of the game on tape. When Kate Achter is on, NOBODY will beat this team. And they're only gonna get better!!!

BG travels to Munice to face Ball State and BG is only 1/2 game ahead of the Cardinals in the West. BG only plays Ball State once this year. BiG game! Falcons at Akron on 2/12. BG now 14-6, 7-2 MAC.

Great to see Metz, BGSU 99 & 96, Falcon Fanatic and H2OFalcon77 at the game.

Any of you guys gonna be at the Akron game this Saturday?

GO FALCONS!!
