Mediocre program for 100 years
Mediocre program for 100 years
The next win for the Men's program will be win #1300. At over 2450 games over 99 years that's a .531 winning percentage. That's including our Championship years and NCAA years of the 50's and 60's. Take out those years and our program lifetime is under .500. So why are we to believe that we will ever be more than a mediocre team?

Today is a good day. Louis Orr will coach his final home game at BGSU. Seven years of unorganized, uninspired, poor basketball comes to an end. Despite the fact that he should have been long gone, this is step one towards hope.

I just read a news release. It sounds like it accidentally was leaked from the athletic department. The University has decided to provide Coach Orr with a 2 year contract extension in order to see how he can perform under the direction of the new Athletic Director.

ROLL ALONG!!!

Kinda bummed that I have to work late tonight and will miss out on booing Louis during his final introduction at the Stroh Center.
I hope he is introduced by saying, "In his 7th, and final, season as Head coach...."

I've been waiting for this game since the MAC Tournament vs Central Michigan in 2012. One final chance to watch paid incompetence at its' finest. Hopefully Lou goes out in style by either running out of timeouts, or by being forced to play sweatsuit squad players.

Will he start Joplin being Shaun is a senior?
Re: Mediocre program for 100 years
My guess is he won't even play him

I bet if you take the 20 best years out of most programs, they would barely be over .500, especially in the MAC and similar conferences.

Joplin not in uniform as he is prepping for Monday's football pro day. He chose not to be recognized pre game as a SR.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.
