I'm not a huge fan of unathletic shooters who don't defend, and the Lord knows we've had plenty over the last 10+ years and have a few now. But this kid plays A+ competition from one of the handful of power teams in the state

I'm not a fan of those that are not quick shooters because the defense is there before they get the ball above their eye brows. The speed and quickness of defense makes a lot of these kids that are great at playing "horse" look really slow and inept. Better be very quick or have good size to be effective at DI. This kid doesn't look big so the question would be is he DI quick?

In D1, good shooting is useless without have the athleticism to get open.
