I think any concerns over if Babers will have a rough time connecting with incoming recruits, the students, and the community have been rather diminished. That video and other related promos, along with that tagline "Falcon Fast", are exactly what you need to connect and create interest.

Definitely. He's a terrific ambassador. The only thing I'd recommend is to stop mentioning the bad weather in every single interview. We're BG. It's cold in the winter and hot in the summer. More importantly, the game of football is played in all weather conditions. (And we have an indoor facility!)

No riot started. Potential student athletes follow Twitter a lot and many current coaches are active and creative in social media to reach out to both recruits and fans. It was suggested on the board that social media activity and creativity would be very important to success here and Babers had not until joining BG been an active social media coach. Not a concern I had at all as our athletic department has been good in that realm the past couple of years.

#FalconFast? I'm very disappointed. Why couldn't Babers have taken the time to come up with something as creative, intimidating, and football-related as #RowTheBoat?
